As a college drop out turned business owner who had no support, she understands the struggles of doing something against the grain. As leader in the industry, her goal is to help as many people achieve success by delivering the best education in the midwest. Her goal is to raise the bar of lash education in the industry as a whole. Her expertise and commitment has earned her the exclusive role as the Midwest educator for Lashbox LA. From being a fully booked artist, to hiring a team, to starting an academy, and managing booth rentals, her proven strategies and passion for mentorship and scaling will help you achieve success and more.

Cannot recommend the lash academy at the Babe Cave enough. From the initial google search I was really impressed because I was able to get on the phone with Lizz (the owner) almost immediately and she answered all my questions and welcomed me to come into the salon if I wanted to. I came in this class with ZERO experience - like not even strip lash. I knew nothing, and I am leaving feeling confident to start lashing! The difference from my first model to my last is night and day. The information/theory taught is so valuable, ESPECIALLY the business side. I know girls who have taken lash courses elsewhere where business was not even touched on, so to have it be a focal point I found really amazing. I got the support I needed throughout the class and was able to truly learn. If you’re on the fence, do it!
